Can we stage a furnished room?

We can stage most furnished rooms, but not all. Each room must be looked at on a case-by-case basis. A review of the images is required.

Can we change the color of a wall?

Yes. Wall colors can be changed. New day. New look.

Can we change the floors?

Yes. Flooring can be changed. Agents love to swap out older parquet floors for fresh wide plank flooring.

How long does the process take?

A typical staging job (1-3 rooms) takes 2-3 business days.

Can we select furnishings from a catalog?

No. Furniture selections are limited to Modern or Classical style. No specific style or single piece of furniture can be selected.

Can you stage an apartment just from a floor plan?

No. We would require a photo of a vacant room, preferably from a professional shoot.

Are revisions allowed?

Yes, but they are rare. We determine the cost of any revision on a case-by-case basis. Typically they run from $25 per cycle.

What if I have multiple photos of the same room?

Rooms can be staged from multiple angles from multiple pictures with matching furnishings.

Can you stage any type of photo?

Yes, pretty much. But high resolution photos are preferred for best quality.
